Solutions Architect (Medtech)

TL;DR

Solutions Architect (Medtech): You will own the end-to-end process of migrating customer data from legacy EMRs into Athelas Air with an accent on data integrity and timely delivery. Focus on data mapping specifications, quality assurance and validation, and implementing process improvements to streamline future migrations.

Location: This full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our Mountain View, CA office.

Salary: $100K – $150K

What you will do

• Lead migration strategy and planning by assessing customer’s existing EMR data model and integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to develop data mapping specifications.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers’ technical and operational teams.
• Design and enforce data validation protocols and reconciliation reports.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop and deliver training programs for offshore QA teams to validate data migrations and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Applied Mathematics).
• 2+ years in operations management, technical program management, and/or implementation leadership roles.
• Client facing experience.
• Experience with Python and popular data frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and OCR frameworks (e.g., Tesseract, AWS Textract).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience managing EMR data migrations (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, eClinicalWorks, etc.) is a plus.
