What you will do

• Analyze the acquisition funnel and develop tailored insights for cross-product management and commercial analytics in Business Banking.
• Identify, scrutinize, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets, providing the foundation for a data-driven strategy.
• Evaluate marketing and sales aspects through experiments, ad-hoc analyses, and campaign evaluations, drawing clear conclusions.
• Communicate results effectively, present them clearly to stakeholders, and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement regular, standardized reports, including scripts for data extraction and storage.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar quantitative field.
• Experience in digital ecosystems, ideally in a banking environment.
• Proven expertise in SQL, data reporting, and statistics; Python & SAS are a plus.
• Good knowledge of banking products and financial services.
• Excellent understanding of marketing and analytics platforms and ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
