What you will do

• Lead the Scraping Tech squad of senior engineers delivering top-notch scraping solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure discoveries reach production.
• Own sprint planning and manage JIRA backlog with clear requirements and realistic ETAs.
• Align squad objectives with company goals and move Key Results.
• Foster a motivating team environment through workload management and feedback.
• Participate in technical discussions to resolve roadblocks and maintain system health.

Requirements

• Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
• Experience in software development and leading technical teams of senior engineers.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of backend languages such as Python or Go, HTML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and software deployment processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
