- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat and email professionally and efficiently
- Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members
- Stay informed on products, services, and company policies
- Recommend and upsell relevant products and services when appropriate
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work in Cebu City, Philippines
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet-related tools
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Efficient, adaptable, empathetic, and professional problem solver
