Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Long Island, NY, USA with hybrid work arrangement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences.
• Comfortable providing live technical support via phone and email.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Skilled at building strong client relationships and prioritizing tasks effectively.
