What you will do

• Drive the design, integration, and operational excellence of LLM-powered features across platforms.
• Build advanced capabilities including classification, extraction, summarization, and action orchestration.
• Develop embedding and retrieval pipelines (RAG) and robust data pipelines for model training.
• Optimize inference runtimes for various hardware environments using tools like ONNX Runtime and TensorFlow Lite.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and MLOps teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Experiment with new prompts and architectures to enhance model effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• Substantial experience with LLMs and NLP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of evaluation metrics, quality gates, and model calibration.
• Experience deploying models on edge or embedded devices in constrained environments.
