Treasury Implementation Expert (Fintech)

TL;DR

Treasury Implementation Expert (Fintech): Configuring and activating hirify.global software for new clients focusing on Treasury Management, Cash Flow forecasting, Cash Accounting and Payments functionalities. Focus on configuring software through user interface, back-end databases, scripts and via software tools, as well as providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Location: This role is based in Madrid, Spain, working with hybrid working arrangement.

What you will do

• Consult to determine the best configurations for the client’s business needs and long-term usage of the software.
• Configure the software through the user interface to meet the needs and requirements of the client, according to the scope of the project.
• Act as an internal technical product knowledge resource in collaborative training, testing and troubleshooting activities with team members and cross-functionally.
• Lead implementation client-facing kick-offs, requirement gathering sessions and configuration review meetings.
• Collaborate with our Product team by providing user feedback, research, testing, and acting as an internal Product consultant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, college diploma in related field and/or equivalent experience.
• +6 years of experience with finance, software implementation projects, preferably financial software likes TMSs or ERPs.
• Financial (Accounting and treasury management) experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, negotiation and diplomacy
• Strong organization skills and superb capabilities with managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
• Spanish and English speaker.
