What you will do

• Design and maintain high-quality, scalable Java applications aligned with business goals.
• Lead architectural initiatives, ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Optimize application performance through code, database, and resource fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to maintain high software development standards.
• Troubleshoot system bottlenecks and conduct comprehensive performance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Solid expertise in software architecture and object-oriented design patterns.
• Proficiency with Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with event-driven architecture design.
• English: Upper-intermediate proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with monitoring/telemetry tools like NewRelic, Datadog, or ELK.
