What you will do

• Conduct classified and open-source research regarding foreign investment, dual-use technology, and industrial base concerns.
• Support due diligence and fact-finding initiatives for GIES missions and the Defense Production Act.
• Analyze data to identify security risks and develop strategic mitigation recommendations.
• Prepare reports and briefings tailored for senior DoD leadership and interagency stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Intelligence Community and various DoD offices to support mission objectives.
• Develop analytic frameworks and performance metrics to track and evaluate project outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI eligible clearance is strictly required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in national security, intelligence, industrial base policy, or supply chain risk.
• Proven ability to apply analytic methodologies to complex data sets.
• Effective written and oral communication skills for briefing senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within integrated project teams.
