What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain fullstack features end-to-end from conception to deployment.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python and intuitive frontend interfaces with Svelte and jQuery.
• Write maintainable, readable code focused on system reliability and long-term health.
• Partner closely with QA, product, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Influence product direction by challenging assumptions and understanding customer impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Strong experience with Python for backend development.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, specifically Svelte or jQuery.
• Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Mindset of an owner capable of taking responsibility from definition to delivery.
