What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain precise payroll records, including employee data, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to facilitate timely payroll execution and year-end closing.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
• Optimize payroll accounting systems and procedures for improved efficiency.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll, specifically with multi-country operations.
• Strong expertise in payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Experience working with payroll systems and external providers.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with HR and Finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
