What you will do

• Own the end-to-end solution verification strategy for multi-component enterprise products.
• Govern release readiness through defined entry/exit criteria, defect triage, and evidence-based reporting to executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain test automation strategies and CI-friendly tooling for workflow execution.
• Verify AI-enabled database experiences, including provisioning, configuration, and hybrid management flows.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality standards meet functional, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Produce clear release readiness certifications with actionable insights on risk and mitigation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• 5+ years of experience in QA or verification engineering for complex, integration-heavy enterprise software.
• Proven track record of managing release readiness and communicating technical status to director or VP-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in test strategy, risk-based testing, and end-to-end scenario design.
• Hands-on programming experience in Python, Java, TypeScript, or Go.

Nice to have

• Experience with high availability and failure testing, including replication lag and split-brain scenarios.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like pgbench or HammerDB.
• Experience validating AI platform workflows, including model provider connectivity and resource saturation.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes for data services and AI workloads.
