What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of enterprise TAMs.
- Standardize adoption frameworks to ensure customers fully leverage hirify.global capabilities.
- Develop architecture review and resiliency assessment programs to ensure production-grade standards.
- Drive technical enablement through workshops on data modeling, performance tuning, and distributed system patterns.
- Define and implement Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and technical health scorecards.
- Act as an escalation point for complex architectural and resiliency challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams such as TAM or Solutions Engineering.
- Deep background in distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience supporting production-scale systems, including incident management and root cause analysis.
- Experience conducting architecture reviews and resiliency assessments for enterprise accounts.
- Ability to define and implement structured technical adoption programs and customer health scoring.
- Strong executive communication skills to bridge technical concepts with business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Background in building or scaling a TAM or technical advisory function.
- Experience with hirify.global or other NoSQL/SQL database platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-native and microservices architectures.
- Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS, PaaS, or database company.
