What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end reference architectures for big data and AI applications.
• Consult on architecture, bootstrapping, and implementation of hirify.global-based solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with engagement managers to scope professional services work based on customer needs.
• Productionize customer use cases and perform end-to-end data migrations.
• Provide escalated operational support and technical guidance for complex engagement issues.
• Gather implementation feedback for product teams to drive resolution of product-specific issues.

Requirements

• Extensive background in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics.
• Proficiency in coding with Python or Scala.
• Experience with at least two major cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep expertise in distributed computing using Apache Spark.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and MLOps workflows.
• Strong skills in client-facing communication, white-boarding, and technical project management.
