What you will do
- Define and drive the long-term ML strategic vision for Operations and business-wide applications.
- Design reusable, scalable ML architectures and modelling standards for cross-team adoption.
- Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into core business processes.
- Implement responsible AI practices including model robustness, fairness, and transparency.
- Mentor ML practitioners and elevate technical standards across the organization.
- Champion best practices for ML model development, MLOps, and governance.
Requirements
- Extensive track record leading large-scale ML initiatives with significant business impact.
- Expertise in developing deep learning models, LLMs, and complex AI architectures.
- Professional proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with MLOps and deploying ML systems at scale in microservices environments.
- Ability to communicate technical ML strategy effectively to executive stakeholders.
- Must have the right to work in the UK or require visa sponsorship to relocate.
Nice to have
- Experience in highly-scaling support or operational environments.
- Contributions to open-source ML libraries or public industry thought leadership.
- Familiarity with Go Lang.
