What you will do

• Design and develop scalable data models using dbt for organization-wide self-service analytics.
• Lead the technical implementation and migration strategy for Looker dashboards.
• Support the development of AI agents, co-pilots, and automated business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads to translate business requirements into efficient data solutions.
• Maintain data integrity through robust testing frameworks and comprehensive documentation.
• Mentor team members on modern data modeling best practices and analytics engineering approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable data models.
• Expertise in dbt and modern analytics engineering workflows.
• Experience driving technical migrations, specifically within Looker or similar BI tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across product, sales, and marketing domains.
• Demonstrable experience implementing testing frameworks and data governance practices.
• Must be based in Kraków or able to commute to the office 3 days a week.
