What you will do

• Contribute to the design and refinement of pricing and demand models using actuarial and machine learning techniques.
• Develop analytical models for price elasticity, churn, and customer segmentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support pricing adjustments based on market dynamics.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to ensure model alignment with company objectives.
• Validate and document pricing models while exploring innovative data sources.
• Communicate technical insights to diverse stakeholders within the organization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 0 to 4 years of professional experience, ideally in P&C personal lines insurance.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• English and French proficiency: B2 minimum.
• Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of actuarial pricing tools (e.g., Radar, Quantee, Akur8).
• Exposure to emerging AI technologies such as LLMs and AI-assisted coding tools.
