What you will do

• Lead the technical relationship for post-sale enterprise customers as a trusted advisor.
• Drive account health, adoption velocity, and value realization across a portfolio of high-impact customers.
• Conduct technical enablement, configuration sessions, and workshops on use case design.
• Embed with customer teams to map workflows, identify requirements, and diagnose technical blockers.
• Coordinate across internal teams including Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Research.
• Guide expansion strategies by identifying opportunities for platform adoption in new business workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architecture, technical account management, or enterprise SaaS adoption.
• Hands-on knowledge of hirify.global products, APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns including retrieval augmentation and custom model usage.
• Ability to explain complex model behavior, technical tradeoffs, and embeddings.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business language for C-level stakeholders.
• Strong project and program management skills to lead multi-workstream initiatives.
• Must be located in or able to work from Seoul, South Korea.
