What you will do

• Manage internal AI platforms and tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Cursor.
• Roll out AI pilots for technical and non-technical teams and support their onboarding.
• Develop telemetry and dashboards to track AI adoption and productivity metrics.
• Prototype and validate AI-driven solutions and agent experiments.
• Translate high-level concepts into technical solutions in collaboration with the Head of AI & Data.
• Maintain the AI Knowledge Hub with documentation and prompt best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong background in building or enabling AI-powered software solutions.
• Practical experience with LLM tools, prompting, evaluation, and AI agents.
• Experience working in AWS-based environments including Bedrock and serverless architectures.
• Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards.
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance.
