What you will do

• Design and operate production-grade AI systems, including NLP models, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows.
• Lead architectural decisions regarding model selection, fine-tuning, and infrastructure layers.
• Implement and maintain reproducible MLOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows for AI components.
• Define robust evaluation frameworks and success metrics to monitor AI performance in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into testable engineering plans.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards for AI development within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in cloud production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, including prompting, observability, and RAG.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including training, optimization, and evaluation.
• Proven experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms for AI deployment.
• Strong English communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience fine-tuning large language models.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience optimizing models for latency, throughput, and cost.
