What you will do

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters across production and development environments.
• Ensure high system availability, scalability, and performance monitoring.
• Automate processes within Kubernetes and virtualized VMware infrastructures.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Diagnose and resolve complex security, networking, and performance issues.
• Coordinate technical infrastructure initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes required.
• Proficiency in Czech language required.
• English language proficiency at B2 level required.
• Operational experience with VMware vSphere and virtualization technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking stacks (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware Tanzu.
