What you will do
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters across production and development environments.
- Ensure high system availability, scalability, and performance monitoring.
- Automate processes within Kubernetes and virtualized VMware infrastructures.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Diagnose and resolve complex security, networking, and performance issues.
- Coordinate technical infrastructure initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Kubernetes required.
- Proficiency in Czech language required.
- English language proficiency at B2 level required.
- Operational experience with VMware vSphere and virtualization technologies.
- Solid understanding of networking stacks (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.

- Experience with VMware Tanzu.
