What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new clients seeking nearshore software development and IT staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and other key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to develop compelling business proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, both virtually and in person.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the IT or software sector.
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proactive attitude with a demonstrated growth mindset.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German, French, Dutch, or Spanish.
