What you will do

• Coach multiple cross-functional teams on agile best practices and scrum principles.
• Facilitate key scrum ceremonies to ensure effective product development flow.
• Remove impediments and foster an environment where teams can maintain focus and velocity.
• Promote continuous improvement and agile maturity within the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders regarding delivery goals.
• Support backlog management and clarity to facilitate successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland for remote work arrangements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Up to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) is required.
• Strong background in software product development environments.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level for international communication.
