Salary: $128,000–$205,000 USD

What you will do

• Operationalize the contributor lifecycle strategy and support key business priorities.
• Drive cross-functional programs from planning through to execution.
• Track performance against goals and proactively resolve risks and dependencies.
• Develop structured insights and analyses to inform strategic prioritization.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure operational alignment.
• Build and scale operational models to support the business as it grows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations or project management.
• Proven ability to build and optimize operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in querying and interpreting data.
• Excellent project management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience in marketplace or consumer lifecycle businesses.
