TL;DR

Location: Must work on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław, 5 days per week.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and optimize automated processes.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with analysts and project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage incident resolution and problem tickets as part of platform stability efforts.
• Participate in shifts (08:00–20:00) and on-call duties.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Service Cloud, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and CI/CD tools.
• Communicative English proficiency.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław.
• Possession of a valid certificate of no criminal record.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marketing Cloud and CRM Analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
