What you will do

• Drive the implementation of Agentic AI and LLM frameworks to automate manual bottlenecks across the People & Organization landscape.
• Build and maintain custom AI agents and automated workflows using tools like n8n, Claude, and Gemini.
• Train People & Org colleagues on prompt engineering and tool adoption to ensure seamless integration into existing HRIS and ATS ecosystems.
• Translate complex conceptual ideas from Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Culture teams into high-performing technical workflows.
• Maintain data hygiene and structure information effectively for LLM utilization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe as the role is restricted to European locations.
• English proficiency: Fluent (C1 equivalent); intermediate German (B2) is highly desirable.
• Strong background in Operations, Process Management, or a similar interface role with a technical mindset.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, documenting, and automating complex workflows.
• Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make and scripting languages such as Python or Google Scripts.

Nice to have

• Previous professional experience within HR or Recruiting functions.
• Deep curiosity and hands-on experimentation with Agentic AI.
