What you will do

• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data across systems and manage HR tools.
• Work with the Payroll team to ensure smooth payroll runs.
• Collaborate with the People Team to stay updated on local labor laws and ensure compliance across policies.
• Improve and streamline People processes with fresh ideas.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative roles.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to solving challenges.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, local labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
