TL;DR

People Services Project Manager: Driving the simplification, optimization, and streamlining of HR Shared Services processes across the Europe–Africa region with an accent on the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. Focus on building and optimizing HR operations through Workday expertise, digitalization, and cross-border process harmonization to ensure compliance and employee experience excellence.

Location: Hybrid role based in Nootdorp, Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end Hire-to-Retire process design and harmonization across the Europe-Africa region.
  • Act as the primary interface between the organization, external HR vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage Workday, automation, and AI tools to modernize HR workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Analyze HR data to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure all processes meet regional legal, regulatory, and internal organizational standards.
  • Drive organizational change by training teams and championing new ways of working.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end HR operational change projects in evolving environments.
  • Practical expertise in Workday and a strong understanding of HR digitalization and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to navigate complex legal needs while ensuring consistent process implementation.
