What you will do
- Lead end-to-end Hire-to-Retire process design and harmonization across the Europe-Africa region.
- Act as the primary interface between the organization, external HR vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Leverage Workday, automation, and AI tools to modernize HR workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Analyze HR data to identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
- Ensure all processes meet regional legal, regulatory, and internal organizational standards.
- Drive organizational change by training teams and championing new ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience in HR process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end HR operational change projects in evolving environments.
- Practical expertise in Workday and a strong understanding of HR digitalization and automation.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels.
- Ability to navigate complex legal needs while ensuring consistent process implementation.
