What you will do

• Own day-to-day operational coordination of the Mypeak.finance platform.
• Monitor key workflows including user onboarding, funding targets, and loan lifecycles.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams between IT, marketing, customer support, and compliance teams.
• Manage communications with external legal advisors, payment providers, and tech vendors.
• Maintain project roadmaps, operational trackers, and internal reporting.
• Drive tasks from initial idea through to final execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or project management.
• Prior experience in fintech or travel/logistics sectors is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Notion.
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation for productivity.
• Data-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze operational metrics.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
