What you will do

• Architect and implement reusable AI agent patterns for product management and operational workflows.
• Define instructions, tool schemas, and guardrails to ensure safe and predictable agent behavior.
• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, AWS, and internal deterministic systems.
• Establish measurable success criteria, evaluation frameworks, and regression testing for AI outputs.
• Monitor production performance to optimize token efficiency and response quality.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience building and owning production systems end-to-end.
• Strong expertise in system design, including event-driven and serverless architectures.
• Practical experience integrating AI or LLM-powered workflows into production environments.
• Proficiency in API, webhook, and REST integrations with complex enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable, AI-enabled solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, or Bedrock.
• Understanding of conversational UX design principles.
