What you will do

• Execute the Employer Branding and social media plan, working with various teams to maintain consistent messaging.
• Create end-to-end content, including concepts, scripts, filming, and editing.
• Design visuals, graphics, and videos to strengthen the employer brand across all channels.
• Support managing the content portfolio and calendar for talent attraction campaigns.
• Maintain Careers websites and assist in building new pages for accurate and easy navigation.
• Track and report on campaign and brand performance, providing insights for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in Employer Branding, Online Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Content Creation, or Social Media Marketing.
• Experience taking ideas from kickoff to final whistle, owning the full content journey.
• Strong Photoshop and video editing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of German is a plus.
