What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for notifications, personalization, and related tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop effective notification tooling that drives engagement and retention.
• Communicate experiment roadmaps, hypotheses, and results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Own product specifications and lead backend and infrastructure feature development.
• Use analytics tools to evaluate campaigns and identify improvement opportunities.
• Make data-informed trade-offs between scope, quality, and speed, articulating decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Los Angeles, California, United States
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer tech or mobile-first companies.
• Experience working with backend teams on notifications, platform, or personalization systems.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to use dashboards and write SQL.
• Proactive in turning ideas into structured plans and driving them to completion.
• Clear communication skills to collaborate with engineers, designers, marketers, and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ML engineers on model pipelines for personalization and engagement.
• Background in notifications content strategy, copy generation, and testing.
• Exposure to mobile gaming, two-sided marketplaces, or other high-volume engagement environments.
