What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supporting their growth and development.
• Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to deliver business and regulatory requirements.
• Design and develop backend systems that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology evolution of the Wallet platform.
• Collaborate with DBAs and DevOps to ensure optimal system performance and operational stability.
• Help drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams of software engineers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and data consistency.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, transaction processing, and query performance.

Nice to have

• Experience working with high-throughput transactional systems.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures.
• Experience in financial, payments, or high-reliability platforms.
• Interest in modern developer tooling, including AI-assisted software development.
