What you will do

• Design, develop, test and ship high-quality technical solutions that scale across multiple hirify.global services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, pairing opportunities, and code reviews.
• Own and advocate for the health and quality of the systems that the team builds.
• Write architecture briefs and proposals, carry out code experiments, and build prototypes.
• Design and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration between software components.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline with experience delivering production software.
• Experience coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• 6+ years experience designing, building, scaling and maintaining large-scale distributed systems (user base of 100 million+).

Nice to have

• 2+ years experience in systems programming, search index internals and information retrieval.
• 4+ years experience designing and implementing data structures and algorithms.
• Experience effectively contributing to technical strategy and roadmaps with strong customer focus and data-driven approach.
