Salary: $191,000 – $223,000 USD

• Design and deliver high-quality backend products in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Architect and implement complex features with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Drive systemic improvements by identifying patterns to streamline development and reduce technical debt.
• Lead design reviews and code walkthroughs to mentor team members and foster continuous learning.
• Develop core backend and platform solutions for the AirCover program.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree).
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Kotlin, Java, or Python.
• Experience architecting solutions for large-scale, complex problems including APIs and data pipelines.
• Must live in a state where hirify.global has a registered entity in the US.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
