What you will do

• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership on business risks related to security issues
• Execute long-term vision for the Security team aligned with product and business goals
• Secure cloud infrastructure and data through architecture reviews, automation, and monitoring
• Own identity and access management ensuring robust governance and authentication
• Detect, analyze, and respond to security threats in real time
• Lead and grow a high-performing Security engineering team through hiring and mentorship

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years experience in Security Operations with focus on cloud security and IAM
• Deep understanding of network security, identity governance, infrastructure security, and attack surface management
• Ability to make informed decisions with limited data and solve problems flexibly
• Strong knowledge of secure engineering best practices and security vulnerabilities
• Location: Remote with presence in Toronto, Montreal, New York, or San Francisco
