What you will do
- Collaborate with the company-integrator to perform code reviews and ensure the system is built for long-term scalability.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce Flows to automate the customer lifecycle.
- Develop custom Apex Triggers, Classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) only when standard functionality cannot meet the business requirement.
- Own the technical connections between Salesforce and core tech stack, including DocuSign, and Salesloft, as well as internal product APIs.
- Manage the deployment pipeline across Sandboxes and Production.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of Salesforce Development experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I is required; Platform Developer II or Data Architect certifications are highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and Flow; strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and managing complex sharing models.
- Proven experience in technical data migrations and architectural transitions from legacy CRMs.
- A “get things done” attitude with a focus on building clean, maintainable, and well-documented solutions.
- Strong English skills to effectively collaborate with the Salesforce Analysts and external partners.
