What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise game testing projects.
• Organize and manage a testing team, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Identify and report risks and issues associated with the testing process, implementing solutions.
• Collaborate and communicate with customers to address project requirements and expectations.
• Prepare progress reports and resource usage analysis for project stakeholders.
• Supervise internal quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of testing.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or games quality assurance, with at least 1 year of experience managing a testing team.
• Fluency in English.
• Very good knowledge of the video game market and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test tracking and support tools, as well as MS Office.
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
