What you will do

• Design and implement technical solutions for complex business requirements on the Pega platform
• Develop features and contribute hands-on coding to the codebase
• Perform code reviews and provide architectural guidance
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business stakeholders
• Design and document business architecture artifacts and facilitate workshops
• Support BizDevOps maturity and mentor team members

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of Pega Senior System Architect experience and 5+ years of Lead System Architect experience
• Proficiency in Pega UI Constellation, design patterns, guardrails, and Pega 8.x platform
• Experience with REST, SOAP, MQ integrations and cloud environments
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication skills
• English language daily use in an international environment (minimum B2 level)
