What you will do

• Design scalable and high-performance Pega application architectures
• Create and implement complex workflows, decision techniques, and system integrations
• Build and maintain common components and optimize core products and databases
• Provide architectural guidance and support feature scoping
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and QA teams
• Mentor team members on modern Pega tools and studios

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of Pega PRPC development experience
• Minimum 2+ years as Pega Lead System Architect
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification
• Experience with Pega Infinity and Constellation configuration
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Experience in financial sector is an asset
