What you will do

• Translate global business objectives into comprehensive marketing strategies across Asia, LATAM, Africa, and MENA.
• Lead a global marketing organization of 100+ professionals across multiple regions.
• Oversee global performance marketing strategy, including paid media, affiliate marketing, and retention initiatives.
• Own and oversee global marketing budgeting, forecasting, and allocation across regions.
• Strengthen and standardize global brand positioning while respecting regional cultural nuances.
• Act as a senior marketing partner to Product, Sales, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as Head of Marketing / Marketing Director / Senior Marketing Leader within the financial markets industry.
• Proven experience managing 100+ team members across multiple regions.
• Strong hands-on background in digital marketing, performance channels, budgeting, and analytics.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing strategies across diverse international markets.
• Extensive experience within the Forex industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
