What you will do
- Take technical ownership of complex front-end projects from design to production.
- Lead architecture decisions for features ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Ship high-quality features across dashboard, onboarding forms, web banking, and authentication flows.
- Optimize performance: Core Web Vitals, bundle size, rendering efficiency, GraphQL query optimization.
- Partner with Product & Design: Transform complex requirements into elegant user experiences.
- Mentor engineers and influence team practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, with a strong focus on front-end engineering in product-driven environments.
- Solid skills in React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Strong UX/UI sensibility and write clean, maintainable code.
- Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies.
- English: professional level required (hirify.global is an international team).
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, BaaS, or regulatory tech.
- Open-source contributions or technical writing.
- Experience building native applications with React Native (iOS/Android).
- Interest in design systems and component library architecture.
- Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization.
- Knowledge of Web Accessibility (WCAG) and assistive technologies.
