What you will do

• Lead the rollout and evolution of hirify.global's design system, including creating and maintaining components in Vue.js.
• Establish governance policies for the design system and ensure consistent adoption across the product.
• Review and refine features before release to ensure high-quality user experience and alignment with design system standards.
• Make visual adjustments and improvements to features.
• Collaborate with product designers, frontend engineers, and product management on design system support and feature priorities.
• Optimize performance and ensure technical feasibility in collaboration with frontend engineers.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills, attention to detail, and ability to create polished interfaces.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with hands-on experience building production-ready components.
• Proven track record contributing to or maintaining design systems, including component creation, documentation, and governance.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration across design and engineering teams.
• Company language is English.
• Must have existing right to work in the country you are applying from, or be eligible for visa sponsorship to Germany.

• Experience with the Vue.js ecosystem and best practices.
