Salary: $130,000–$140,000 CAD + incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain reusable components for DevSecOps and cloud platforms.
• Deliver end-to-end automation and security controls to optimize deployment processes.
• Improve internal tooling, including instrumentation, dashboards, and infrastructure availability.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve bottlenecks and mentor on operational ownership.
• Implement deep telemetry to monitor performance metrics and system health.
• Ensure 24/7 high-availability operational support for production services.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in delivery, with a strong focus on DevSecOps and automation.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/Openshift).
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/Ansible).
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash, with experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex problems to non-technical stakeholders.
