What you will do

• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and log analysis to resolve complex technical cases.
• Serve as a technical focal point for IT professionals using hirify.global solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of support cases, from initial report to final resolution.
• Troubleshoot 3rd party components including Microsoft and VMware environments.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure SLA compliance.
• Educate customers on product configurations and best practices during the break/fix process.

Requirements

• Must be permanently located in Romania
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 and Windows 10/11.
• Strong practical understanding of TCP/IP, NAT, firewalls, DHCP, and DNS.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to learn and explain complex technical information effectively.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and time management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with UNIX or Linux systems.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms like VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Understanding of database engines such as SQL or Oracle.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange server administration.
