What you will do
- Configure and provision messaging channels globally, including SMS code procurement and inventory management.
- Collaborate with messaging aggregators and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Maintain and update documentation on best practices, compliance, and country-specific messaging requirements.
- Identify and surface operational issues and opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Act as main contact for SMS provisioning with resellers and onboarding partners.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding messaging operations.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Bucharest, Romania
- 1-3 years experience in operational or customer support roles, preferably in SaaS, mobile, or marketing automation.
- Excellent English communication skills with ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with SMS and email channels is a plus.
- Analytical skills with Excel expertise; SQL skills are a bonus.
