Location: Remote (must be based in Poland)

What you will do
- Develop efficient and secure backend applications integrating AI solutions into existing products.
- Research, evaluate, and apply new AI technologies to drive optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and support departments throughout the lifecycle.
- Contribute to backend systems supporting multiple products beyond single applications.
- Design automated evaluation pipelines and implement production monitoring for AI services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial product development experience with Python focusing on scalable backend services.
- Strong proficiency in Docker for containerization and deployment.
- Expertise in building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents and architectural judgment on applying LLMs versus traditional models.
- Experience with automated evaluation pipelines and production monitoring tools.
- Solid understanding of AI security, prompt injection prevention, and safety guardrails.
- Ability to optimize throughput, token cost, and latency at scale.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with transformer architectures, fine-tuning, and self-hosting models.
- Prior experience with products.
