What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap to transform the platform into an AI-first learning system.
• Design AI-driven features including content personalization, agent behavior, and quality evaluation models.
• Build a scalable content operating model to reduce manual updates and improve content freshness.
• Translate complex strategic goals into actionable epics, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Drive UX quality by mapping user journeys, defining event taxonomy, and conducting data-driven experiments.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to define product policies and prioritize enterprise customization needs.

Requirements

• AI product experience: shipped features with AI core, agents, or LLMs, and ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists.
• Strong product and system design mindset: proven ability to own complex, multi-module products and write detailed technical specifications.
• B2B stakeholder management: experience negotiating trade-offs and aligning diverse internal teams.
• UX and analytics maturity: deep focus on user experience and data-driven product improvement.
• Ownership and execution: ability to drive initiatives from ambiguity to successful delivery.

Nice to have

• Background in EdTech or corporate L&D.
• Experience with learning integrations (SCORM, xAPI, LRS) or skills graphs.
• PLG experience in a B2B context.
• Experience in developer tools or integration ecosystems.
