What you will do

• Manage task tickets to maximize efficiency and clear blockers for the Game Data Development team.
• Coordinate communication between the data team and all other departments and disciplines.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Design Production teams to align with project schedules and priorities.
• Collate and maintain team documentation to ensure accessibility for other departments.
• Handle scheduling, meeting bookings, and following up on action points with stakeholders.
• Manage shifting priorities and keep all relevant parties informed of project status.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Production role within the games industry.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, with particular proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query.
• Experience using project management software such as JIRA, Confluence, and Monday.com.
• Knowledge of Perforce or other version control software.
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages.
• General knowledge of data integrity and quality assurance.
