Responsibilities
— Partner with leadership to drive people strategy and organizational development
— Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership capability building
— Advise managers on organizational design, employee relations, and change management
— Strengthen employee engagement and enhance the overall employee experience
— Support HR initiatives across multiple countries in Eastern Europe and Greece
Requirements
— Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role
— Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
— Knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy
— Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment
— Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
